Will I need lots of technical know-how to use Quebert?  No. Our Email Marketer System is very easy to use.

Will I need to be skilled in the ways of graphic design?  No. Our templates are all ready for your content.

Will my IT staff have to be involved?  No. This is on-demand software or in some areas called software as a service.  All you need is an internet browser and an internet connection.

Will I need a website?  No, but if you do we can add a dialog box to your existing website, so prospects can add themselves to your email list.

What if I use a Mac? Quebert works with Mac’s and PC’s

What if I'm a Web Master and want to design my own template?  Great! We allow you to create your own template from scratch and access the template source code.

What will I need to use Quebert?  A computer, an Internet connection, and either Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox's  Mozilla browser.

What can I send using Quebert?  You can use Quebert to send any email communications.  For limitations on content please review our Terms and Conditions.  We offer autoresponders for prospects or people contacting you through the web… or email campaigns that you can use to announce new products, services, events, etc…  Staying in touch with your customers will bring you more business.  Whatever you can think of, we’ll help you achieve it.  We’re known for putting solutions in place that get Results!

Can I filter and Sort my list once it's uploaded?  Yes, we allow you to create custom fields, import fields, and sort and filter your lists in many ways.  This is a great way to take a 20,000 person list and filer it down into a size that you can send to a specific demographic or group of people.

Is the Quebert System Limited, and in what ways?  Quebert has pricing tiers to fit your needs.  We start out with a montly email maximum of 3500 emails, enabling you to send a list of 800, four or more times per month or a list of 3500 once per month - you can decide how to break it up.  Other competitor products limit the size of your list.  With Quebert, you can have huge, unlimited list sizes, but will need to pick a pricing tier to fit how many you plan to send in a month.  The specific pricing for each tier can be found in our services catalog.

Can Quebert Handle Bounced Emails?  Yes, we have a way to process them manually and automatically. There is some setup required to process them automatically but we'd be happy to work wtih you to achive this, if you'd like.  It's important to process bounced emails so you are not waisting time sending messages to people that don't exist.  We also recognize the difference between a hard and a soft bounce.  A hard bounce is an undeliverable email, missing address or account doesn't exit.  A soft bounce is one where the email address exists but their box may be full.  So, we work with both types and make sure we're not deleting them, just flaging them for the right type of processing.
